Global Roster Share is a new Organimi feature that allows Account Owners and administrators to share a complete people roster across an entire organization — with a single action. Rather than sharing charts one by one, users can now make every person in the organization visible, regardless of whether those individuals are assigned to a specific chart.
This feature bridges the gap between chart-level sharing and organization-wide people visibility, making it easier to collaborate and communicate your full team structure to the users.
Please note:
- Public print option is not available for the global roaster or charts inside the Global share
- Chart shared via public links are different from the charts shared from the global roster
- The security settings (password, IP, and SSO) apply only to the roster view and not to the charts shared within it.
In order to set up Global share,
- Go to PEOPLE tab and click on Share Roster.
- In Organization roster sharing dialog, click on Create new link.
- Once the link is created, you should see in the Active shared links section.

Security settings
You can secure your shared link using one of the following options:
- Password Protection – Restrict access by requiring a password to view the link.
- IP Whitelisting – Limit access to specific IP addresses only.
- SSO Login – Require users to authenticate via Single Sign-On.
If no restrictions are needed, you can also keep the link public.
List of charts - When you share your organization's global roster, all charts belonging to the organization will be displayed in a list. Owners and Admins can select which charts to include in the shared roster, then save their settings to apply the changes.
- Link settings - The link settings options can be enabled or disabled at any time, and apply to all charts shared via the global share link — similar to the options available in the chart's public link settings.
How it looks
- Roster view - This view displays the organization's name at the top, along with the roster of all people in the talent pool. Use the search bar to quickly find a person, then click Roles in their details pane to navigate to the charts they appear in.
- Chart view - Clicking on a chart name takes you to the chart view, which works similarly to the chart's public link. From here, use the Roster icon in the top bar to return to the Roster view and search for other people.
