You can edit custom fields that you added to your Organimi Organization by following a few simple steps.
Please note that type of any custom/standard field cannot be changed. Also, the users cannot change what the Field applies to (Person or Role).
Users can also update the field label for the pre-built Standard fields as well.
In this example, we will change currency type for the custom field "Salary" and make it a private field so that only the admins and account owners can see it.
- To access custom fields, select an organization and click on the FIELDS tab.
- Click the field that you would like to edit.
- Click on the dropdown under Select the currency to apply and then select the appropriate currency. In this case, we changed it from US Dollar to Canadian Dollar. Also, under Is this a private field?, click Yes and then click on Update Field
- After clicking on Update field, users should be able to see the change in the FIELDS tab. In our case, the Currency changed from US Dollar to Canadian Dollar
