Working with Rollup and Icon Set custom fields

Organimi Custom Fields now include a “Rollup” type of custom field.

Rollups are subtotals and total calculations that are made based on the hierarchy of the chart.

Number, Currency, On/Off, and Checkmark types of custom fields can now be “summed” at each level of the hierarchy and displayed in the supervisor role cards. For example if the salary for each role / person in the chart is included then that could be summed up automatically to show the total sum or subtotal sum for each level of supervisor or department etc.

• To add a rollup field, go to the FIELDS tab and click on Add New Field
• Click on Rollup under field type and select the field to rollup
• Add the name for the field under field label, choose if this field needs to be private and then click on Add Field 
• After adding the field, the chart should look like something like this (if the dependent field values have been added)

Organimi Custom Fields now include predefined icon picklist sets.

The first icon set available now is for Country Flag to show an icon of the particular county flag that the Admin or Owner wants to be displayed.

• To add a icon set field, go to the FIELDS tab and click on Add New Field
• Click on Icon Sets under field type and select the flags as the icon package
• Add the name for the field under field label and choose if this field needs to be private
• Choose if this applies to role or person and then click on Add Field
• After adding the flags for the role cards, enable the field from themes for the flags to be visible on the role card
