Manually build your matrix org chart.

Note:  Before you can build a matrix org chart, you need to complete these steps:

            1.  Create an organization.

            2.  Add people to your organization.

1.  From your dashboard, In the Organization field, click the down arrow and choose the organization to which you wish to add the chart.       

         

       2. Click the Charts tab.

         

       3. Click New Chart.

         

                         Note: You have three (3) options:

• • • • • • • Practice with a sample chart
            • Build your chart using a predefined template or from scratch
            • Automatically create an org chart by importing data

          4.  Click the Pencil tile to create an org chart from scratch.

   

          5. On the New Chart screen, in the:

• • • • Chart Type field, click the down arrow, and select Matrix
      • Chart Name field, type the name of your new chart
      • Organization field, click the down arrow and select the organization where you wish the chart to appear

                     

               6. Click Save.

          

         Your empty matrix chart appears.
