Manually change a reporting structure.

In this example, we are going to change the Sales Department's reporting structure.

Colin Cuthbert, VP UK Sales is reporting to Anna Abernathy, VP Sales - EMEA.

We will change the reporting structure so that Colin reports to Ulyses Ullrich, VP Worldwide Sales instead.

       

1. Open the org chart.
2. Hover over Colin Cuthbert's role card.
3. Click and hold the Move Role icon. 

         

      4. Drag Colin Cuthbert's role card and drop in onto the bottom plus sign of Ulyses Ullrich's role card.

         

Colin now reports directly to the VP of Worldwide Sales.
