Save and reuse print settings later by creating a standard print template that you apply to every print job.
- From your Dashboard, select a chart and click Print. Or you may open the chart and then click on the Print icon in the topbar
- In the Print settings, under Page Setup section, you can select from different options, how you would like to print your chart.
- In the What to print option (in the top bar), Chart is selected as a default but you can select Directory and Photoboard as well.
- Pagination option allows you to select whether it should be a single page or multipage print.
- Print Range option allows you to print either the Entire chart or just a Specific section from the chart.

Output type option allows you to select how you wish to prepare the chart for print

Auto-break options allows you to break the chart into multiple pages based on different criteria highlighted below. Please note that this option only visible if mutiplage print is selected under Pagination.

In the Header & Footer section, you can update any settings related to header and footer.
- In the Cover Page section, you can choose to add a cover page and update the text or any other properties related to the cover page.
- In the Chart Elements section, you select what elements you wish to appear on your chart
- After all the changes have been applied. click on Create print template and type a name for the print template created from the currently applied print settings.
- Once the print template is saved, you can click on Print to file to generate the print, which can be downloaded from Print History once completed.

The next time you print, the print template will be automatically selected under Templates
