Organimi has a dynamic print environment that allows you to print org charts, directories and photo boards.
To save space when printing a chart:
- Increase or decrease the font size
- Turn off photos or extra fields to only print a minimal amount of information
- Optimize wide or tall charts by making role cards wider or smaller
- From your Dashboard, select a chart.
- Click the Themes icon.
- Customize Cards, Fields, Lines, Photos and Positions to condense your chart for printing.
- Select Cards:
- Under BORDER, click the Show Card Border toggle button to hide card borders
- If you choose to display card borders, you can change the card shape, the frame thickness, and the card size (width & height)
- To change the card size, under CARD SIZE, in the Card Width field, click the up and down arrows to select a card width
- Under Card Height, put a checkmark in the Automatically fit content checkbox
- In the Auto Height Strategy field, click the down arrow and select Best Fit
5. Select Fields:

- Under Display Fields, remove the checkmark next to a field to hide it so that it does not appear on cards
- Click the gear icon next to a field. In the Font field, click the dropdown arrow to select a font size
- Click Done.

6. Select Lines:

- To prevent primary and secondary connecting lines from appearing in your chart, click the Show Connecting Lines radio button to disable it.
- If you choose to display primary and secondary connecting lines, change the line thickness to Thin or Regular

7. Select Photos:

- To prevent photos from appearing in your chart, click the Show Photos radio button to disable it.
- If you choose to display photos, you can change the photo size to Small or Medium

8. Select Positions:

- Under Sorting & Stacking, put a checkmark in the Compact Mode checkbox

In the Shared Role Display Direction, click the down arrow and select Condensed List
