Org Dashboard

Org Dashboards gives users a view of all the organizations under their license. It provides a summary view of each organization with details such as number of charts, people and the last updated date.

Please note that in order to view the org dashboard, users need to have more than one organization.  If you only have one organization the dashboard is not needed

• Click on All Organizations to access the org dashboard.
  
  
• It contains 2 types of views which allows users to search, sort, or filter across all the organizations in the account.  Account Owners can also create a new organization from the org dashboard.
  • Tabular view
    
    
  • Tile view
    
    
• Each tile in the tile view contains
  • Organization name (with a logo, if one has been set)
  • Number of charts of each type in for that organization with a direct link to the Org Space for that organization
  • Number of people in the talent pool for that organization
  • Last updated date
    
    
• Clicking on the 3 dots lets provides users with the below options
  • View -> Redirects to the Org Space for that organization
  • Edit -> Lets them edit the organization Info
  • Delete -> Deletes the organization and all the charts and all the people in the Talent Pool
  • Go to Org Charts -> Redirects to the Charts tab in the Org Space for that organization
  • Go to Talent Pool -> Redirects to the People tab in the Org Space for that organization
