This article shows you how to manually add people to your organization's talent pool, one at a time.
There are two ways to add people to your organization:
- In the org chart when adding a role
- By adding them to your organization's talent pool
In this example, Charles Chapman, Present and COO do not have an Executive Assistant, so we will add an Executive Assistant role and assign the Executive Assistant to Charles Chapman.
- Click Charles Chapman's role box.
- Click the bottom plus (+) sign.
3. In the New Role pop up window:

- Select Assistant as the role type
- In the Quantity field, the default number is 1
- In the Role Title field, type Executive Assistant
- If you wish to add more details to the role such as a photo, role color or LinkedIn connection, click the Enter More Information text link
- Click inside the Search People field to select a name or type a name
- Click Save
You've created a new role and Charles Chapman has a new Executive Assistant.

- From your dashboard, click the down arrow and choose the organization to which you wish to add the person.
2. Click the People Tab.
3. Click New Person.
3. Complete all relevant information.
5. Click Save.
