Pricing & billing options.

Organimi's pricing model is based on the number of employees in your organization. With this pricing structure, you can find the plan that best suits your needs while avoiding unnecessary costs.

For billing options, click the toggle button to choose a Monthly or Annual subscription.

 

You have the following three choices when selecting a plan: 

• Basic
• Premium
• Enterprise

How it works!

If you are on a Premium Plan with a Monthly or Annual subscription, you can purchase Organimi online for up to 2500 employees using any major credit card. 

If you would like pricing for more than 2500 employees, contact the Customer Success Team.

   

Organimi will recommend a plan that best suits your needs when choosing a plan or upgrading your account based on your previous history.

For example, if you had a trial with 160 employees, Organimi will recommend 250 employees. 

   

Note:

• You need to contact the Customer SuccessTeam to upgrade, cancel, or change your account details
• You cannot downgrade from an annual to a monthly plan

Free Trial	Basic	Premium	Enterprise
New customers get a 14-day trial period.	What happens when you have an existing annual plan and you: Upgrade from basic to premium Increase the number of employees Do both	You can self-serve on an Annual Premium Plan until you reach 2500 employees.	Contact the Customer Success Team
You get unlimited charts, organizations, and custom fields.	The system automatically calculates your unused subscription amount if you are on an annual plan.  You receive a 100% credit towards the amount you otherwise pay at the next subscription tier.
Organimi recommends a plan based on the employee count you used in your trial if you wish to upgrade.	The subscription resets to the upgrade date, becoming the new start date for a 12-month subscription.
To switch back to trial from a paid version while still on trial, contact the Customer Success Team to reset the rest of the trial days.
For upgrades (Monthly to annual / Basic to premium / Increasing the number of employees), Organimi will calculate charges for the leftover days and subtract the credit from the new plan's amount  For downgrades (Annual to Monthly / Premium to basic / Reducing the number of employees), contact the Customer Success Team When upgrading from a paid to a free plan, if you did not upgrade your account, you will receive a popup message advising you to upgrade and activate your account  For more information on upgrades and downgrades, underneath the plan selection, see View FAQs
