Print org charts in portrait or landscape.

The portrait and landscape options allow you to print wide and tall charts.

Use the page orientation feature to print your org chart in portrait or landscape.

1. Open the chart you wish to print.
2. Click the Print icon.
3. In the Setup tab:
   • Under Optimize File For, click Poster
   • Under Orientation, select either Landscape or Portrait           

4. Click:

   • Print to File

   • Download File

5. The file downloads onto your device. Click the up arrow to open, print and save the file.

                   

       6. Click Done.
