Add a header, footer, logo and print legend to charts.

Adding headers, footers, logos, and print legends not only spruces up your chart but also gives charts a clean professional look. 

1. Open the chart you wish to print.
2. Click the Print icon.
3. From the LAYOUT tab, select CHART to hide or show specific elements on your chart. 
   • Click Show to display the company logo and the page number footer

               

• • • Select the LEGEND tab
      • Enable the Show Legend toggle button (has a teal color when enabled).
      • In the Legend Position field, click the down arrow and select where on your chart you wish the legend to appear

                      

• • • Select the HEADER/FOOTER tab     
      • Enable the Show Header and the Show Title radio button (has a teal color when enabled)  
      • In the Size, Thickness, and Placement fields, click the down arrow to make a selection 
      • Click the color palette to change the default color
      • If you wish to add a subtitle, in the Subtitle field, enable the toggle button
      • Enable the Show Footer and Show Organimi Logo toggle buttons
      • In the Title field, type a header name
      • In the Size, Thickness, and Placement fields, click the down arrow to make a selection
      • In the Text field, type a footer name

                         

                4,. Click Print to File to download and print your chart.
