How do I change the graphic for vacant roles?

How can I choose a default photo for vacant roles?

Answer

Go to Themes > Photos > enable the toggle, Show photo for vacant roles, and select a photo or an image.

In this example, we will add an image to a vacant role.

1. Open the chart in which you wish to change a vacant role's image or photo.
2. Click the Theme icon.
3. Click Photos.   
4. Enable the toggle, Show photo for vacant roles to display a default photo or image in a vacant role.
