How do I reset my password?

Question

If I forget my password, how can I reset it?

Answer 

1. On the login screen, click the Forgot your password? link.                      

        2. Type the email address you used to sign up for your Organimi account.

        3. Click RESET PASSWORD.

   

       4. You will receive an email with reset instructions.

     

       5. From the email, click Reset Password.

   

       6. On the Set Your Password screen:

• • • In the Email Address field, type the email address that you used to create the account
    • In the Password field, type a new password     

Note:  You can only use these special characters, (#, ?, !, @, $, %, ^, &, *, - )

             The Password must have at least 10 characters with numbers, capital letters, and symbols.

• • • In the Confirm Password field, re-type the password
    • Click SET PASSWORD.

     

          7. You are prompted to log in at the login page with your newly reset password.
