Cancel your plan.

Organimi makes it easy to view, edit, upgrade, and cancel your plan.

Note: This help article applies only to the paid plan users and not to any free plan/trial users.

1. In the upper right corner of your dashboard, click your initials.
2. In the pop-up window, select My Account.       
3. Select License -> Billing info.                 
4. Click the three (3) vertical dots next to the Upgrade button. 
5. Click Cancel Plan.           
6.  From the Cancel Plan pop-up screen, do one of the following:
   • • Select Contact Organimi Expert to discuss other options
     • Click Cancel Plan to end your subscription
     • Click Close to return to your dashboard
