How to use photoboards.

Photoboard is a photo view of people in your org chart. Displaying pictures, names, titles, and reporting relationships.

Organimi automatically builds the Photoboard view when you create your org chart. 

Photoboards are searchable and provide quick viewing of roles and other information.

1. To view your chart as a Photoboard from your dashboard, click the Photoboard icon.

    

2. Click the Group icon to display multiple grouping options including, first and last name, hire date, location and department.    

3. Click the Sort icon to display various sorting options including, email address, title and phone number.   

Apart from grouping and sorting, you can also import, export, share and print from Photoboard view.
