Apply a customized theme to your org chart.

Themes bring your org chart to life and get your creative juices flowing!

When you click the Theme icon, Organimi displays the selected organization in the drop-down menu with the selected theme highlighted.  

     

1. Open the chart you wish to customize.
2. From the left panel, click the Theme icon. 

         

     3. Click Create Custom Theme. 

         

     4. Click these options to customize your chart:

• • Cards
  • Fields
  • Lines
  • Photos
  • Legend

    5. To make changes to a specific chart, click Duplicate & Edit.   

   

        Note: Organimi enables duplicated theme settings for that particular chart.

 6. To enable department overrides, click the Enable Department Override toggle button until it turns green.       

Note: Role-specific overrides are applicable for the following roles (Shared, Assistant, Department & Location) and are only set for the specific chart.

  7. Edit the department and role and click Done.     

 8. Click Apply Theme to..

   

 9. Click Make it the default theme for this organization to apply the changes made to all charts in that organization.

10. Click Make Default

   

  11. Click Specific Chart (s) to only apply the changes made to charts that have been using that theme previously.

       

   12. Click Submit.

       Note: To undo your changes, click Revert to Last.
