How to remove someone from a role to make the role vacant / open?

 

In this article, you will learn how to remove someone from a role so that the role becomes vacant. 

1. Open the chart.
2. Double the member that you wish to remove from the role.
3. Click MORE.
4. In the pop-up menu, select Replace with vacant role.

         

5. In the pop-up message that appears, click CONFIRM.

   

The role appears on your chart as empty.
