From your matrix org chart, click the Add Function button.
Note:
You can rename "Function" to anything you wish (e.g. "Project" or "Department").
The Add a new Function screen appears.
a. In the Name field, type the name of the Function.
b. If you wish to add a color to the Function, click the Color button and select a color.
c. Click the Create button to save the new Function.
Note:
Repeat these steps to add as many Functions as you wish.
The Function appears.
