This knowledgebase article presents different scenarios for sharing your Chart.
Make The Chart Public
The public Chart link is accessible to anyone that has the link.
This option is not ideal for Charts that contain highly sensitive information as the link can be shared between people or on websites, etc. However, there are many scenarios where this feature is appropriate. For details see, Sharing a Public Link to View an Org Chart or Setting Access Permissions for an Org Chart.
Securely Embed Your Chart On Another Website
A more secure way to share your chart is to embed it on another web or intranet site.
This does NOT require end users to have an Organimi account and you can keep your chart set to Protected. However, to allow Organimi access, you must specify the URL of the site on which you wish to embed the Chart. The chart is only accessible when viewed from within this outer page/intranet.
Many companies sharing their Chart internally on their intranet site will choose this option.

Share Your Chart Privately Or Directly With Individuals
You can also choose to give View or Edit permissions to individual email addresses or Bulk Share your Chart with all employees in a chart and even the entire organization.
Persons for whom the Chart is shared receive a link. After clicking the link, they choose from the following login options:
- Setup a password
- Log in with Microsoft Office365, Google or LinkedIn for Single Sign-on without having to enter a password
For Single Sign-on, send the invitation to the same email address they use to sign into
Microsoft Office 365, Google or LinkedIn.
