Deleting An Account

 

You can delete your Organimi account only if it is a free account.

If you are on a paid plan, you must first cancel your plan and then delete your account.

 

  1. From your organization's dashboard, click your name in the top right corner.

           

                         A popup menu appears.

     2.  Click My Account / Profile.

 

                       Your My Profile screen appears.

      3.  On the left, select Account Status. 

 

                            The Account Status screen appears.

      4.  Click the Delete My Account button.

 

                       A warning message appears indicating that you cannot undo this action.

                        Are you sure you want to continue? 

 

      5. Click Delete to continue, if you are sure you wish to delete the account.
