Creating Private Notes

The Private Notes can only be seen by the person that creates them and nobody else. So even if another Administrator gets added to the Organization they won't see anyone else's private notes, only notes they add themselves. 

The public shared chart / photoboard/ directory will never show private notes. 

To create a private note:

  1.  Hover the mouse over the role, then click Role Actions (the 3 dots).

  2. Click Add Private Note.


  3. Enter the private note.


  4. Click Save.

    When you click on the role box, you can view the private note.
