Why is my printed and exported chart not showing colors?

Question:  Why is my printed and exported pdf not showing colors and turning the text black?

Answer:  If you have "Optimize Readability for Printing" enabled as a print/export option, the lines, boxes, and the text turns black. 

To turn off the option Optimize Readability for Printing

  1. Click the Print button.



  2. At the left, click More Options.



  3. Scroll down and disable (uncheck) the option Optimize Readability for Printing.



  4. Continue to adjust settings as desired, and then click Export or Print Now.
