Steps to add a CSP Trusted Site:
- Click the gear icon (Settings) on the top right and select Setup.
- In the Quick Find box, type CSP Trusted Sites and select it.
- Click the New Trusted Site button.
- Fill out the form as follows:
- Under General Information, fill in the following: Trusted Site Name: Organimi API
- Trusted Site URL: https://app.organimi.com
- Description: (Optional) Describe the purpose of this trusted site.
- Active: Check this box to enable the trusted site.
- CSP Context: All
- Under CSP Directives, select (check) all the following options: Allow the following:
- connect-src (scripts)
- font-src (fonts)
- frame-src (iframe content)
- img-src (images)
- media-src (audio and video)
- style-src (stylesheets)
- Click the Save button.
Once you've added https://app.organimi.com to your CSP Trusted Sites, please follow the steps shown in LWC App to link the chart from your Organimi Account to Salesforce.
Steps to embed chart created in Organimi to the Salesforce:
- A dialog with stepwise instructions is shown on the Salesforce account page.
- Open the Organimi app, and then open the chart that needs to be embedded in the Salesforce.
- Click on the Share icon in the top bar in the chart view window and then click on the Salesforce Sharing option at the end of list.
- Click on the “Connect to Salesforce” button to initiate the process.
- After entering the credentials, the user will be prompted to allow access to Salesforce. Click Allow to move forward to the next step.
- After allowing access, the user should be able to see the below screen.
- Under “Search accounts”, search for the account on which the charts needs to be embedded and then click on the “Link Account” button.
- Clicking on “Link Account” will generate an One Time Passcode (OTP) which needs to be copied in the Salesforce app. Users can click on the “Open Account in Salesforce” button to open the Chart authentication screen.
- Paste the OTP and then click on the Authentication button. Please note that the OTP expires in 10 minutes (600 seconds).
- After authentication, the user should be able to see the embedded chart in the Salesforce account UI, under the Accounts page.
