Customize your Photoboard settings in Themes

Select from a variety of preset layouts to perfectly tailor your photo boards to your organization's unique style and needs.

Note: Print feature is currently not available for Photoboard - It will be added in an upcoming release

• While in photoboard view, click the Themes icon. Select the pencil icon to customize the photoboard view.

Select any of the 6 available layouts for the Photoboard view

• Modern Centered - You can add upto 2 fields and social icons in this view where the details appear below the photo.

• Modern Left - You can add upto 2 fields and social icons in this view where the photos appear on the left and the details on the right.

• Modern Large - You can add upto 2 main fields, 1 sub-field and social icons in this view where the photos appear on the left and the details on the right in a larger view.

• Classic Grid - You can add upto 2 fields and social icons in this view where the photos and details appear in a grid view.

• Classic Centered - You can add upto 2 fields and social icons in this view where the photos are larger, appear on top and the details are below. The social icons can be seen when hovering over the photos.

• Classic Large - You can add upto 2 main fields, 1 sub-field and social icons in this view where the photos appear on the left and the details on the right in a larger view. Also, the photos are bigger as compared to other views.

Customize the fields that need to be shown

• Main fields - There are 2 main fields for each layout where Field 1 is shown in bold text and Field 2 is shown in normal text, by default. These fields can be changed, as needed. The font style can be edited as well.

• Sub-field - The sub-field is available only in "Modern Large" and "Classic Large" views.

• Social Icons - You can add upto 3 social icons in each layout.

Customize the way photos are shown in the Photoboard view

• Photo Shape
• Photo Size
• Show when no photo is available - Select the option that you want to show for a person that doesn't have a photo yet.

Customize the way that you want to see the data

• Default Group By
• Default Sort By
• Default Sort Order
• Unique by People

You can share the Photoboard view of your organization via public link as well.
