How to change to a different license
- From your dashboard, click Change Account.
- Click SELECT to switch to a different account.
How to ask for an invitation to a paid account
- If your account does not appear in the list, click the text link, Is your account not listed above?
- In the Owner Email field, type the account owner's email address.
- Click REQUEST ACCESS. You may have been invited under a different email. If you know the account owner's contact, enter their email and we can inform them you would like account access.
- In the pop-up confirmation window, click Send Request.
