Switch to a bottom-up org chart.

You may want to switch to a bottom-up chart if your business model supports autonomous teams that are put together based on skills and experience. For more information see Top-Down vs Bottom-Up Org Structures. 

1. Open the chart that you want to switch to bottom-up.
2. Click the Settings icon.            
3. In the Chart Details tab, Chart Visual Display field, click the down arrow.
4. Select Bottom Up Chart.       
5. Click Save Changes.
