Q. How can I import members with different role types, such as Assistant, Shared, Single, or Department?
A. Follow the instructions from the article Importing an Employee Roster, however, create an additional Role Type column, as shown below, and enter one of the following acceptable role types: Single, Assistant, Shared (for multiple people with the same title), or Department.
Leaving a blank cell will default the role type to Single.
Also, with Shared roles (in which a group of people maintains the same title in the same department/division), enter the same ID and Boss ID numbers.
