Q. An executive has 2 different levels reporting to him. One a VP and one a Director. However, I want to show the reporting relationship, but move the Director down to a different row, below the VP. How do I do this?
A. Yes, you can drop a role 1 or more levels by following these instructions:
- Click the Role Actions button (3 dots) on the role to be dropped, then click Edit Role.
The Edit Role dialog box appears.
- Then click More Fields.
- Scroll down, and in the Drop Level field enter a 1, or the number of levels to drop the role.
- Click Save.
