How do I drop a role box a level?

Q. An executive has 2 different levels reporting to him. One a VP and one a Director. However, I want to show the reporting relationship, but move the Director down to a different row, below the VP. How do I do this?  

A. Yes, you can drop a role 1 or more levels by following these instructions:

  1. Click the Role Actions button (3 dots) on the role to be dropped, then click Edit Role.

    The Edit Role dialog box appears.

  2. Then click More Fields.

  3. Scroll down, and in the Drop Level field enter a 1, or the number of levels to drop the role.

  4. Click Save.
