Q. How do I upgrade my account?

A. Follow these steps to upgrade your account, change your plan, or update billing information:

  1. Click your name in the top right corner, then click My Account/Profile.

  2. Choose Account Status if you wish to view your existing plan.



  3. Choose Upgrade Now to upgrade to a plan with more features, or choose Update Billing Info to change your credit card or billing information.

  4. Choose Modify License / Plan at the left to change your plan, or increase your add-ons such as adding more charts, custom fields, Administrators and other add-ons.



  5. Click Done.
