Q. What is the "Description" box for in the Organimi individual member profile?
A. The Description Box permits the user to add additional information about the member. This information may be displayed in the photoboard or directory views. It can be information about the role or the individual. As an alternative, you can also create custom fields which contain specific data about or associated with roles in Organimi under a paid subscription plan. You can include these custom fields in your organizational chart and decide whether or not you wish to display and/or share this information with other users using the Organimi formatting tools to manage the display of custom data.
