Importing An Employee Roster

 

Save time creating your org chart by using a file containing an existing list of names, titles, reporting information, etc.

 

  1. Before you start importing, create an Excel or CSV file. For details see, Creating An Excel/CSV File For Import.

      2. From your organization's dashboard, click the BULK IMPORT button.

                      a. Click the List of People (Roster) button.

                      b. Drag and Drop the Excel/CSV file into the grey box or click the gray tile to select the file

                          from your computer.

                      c. Click the Next button.

                      a. Review and select all Column names that match the corresponding field data names.

                      b. Click the Next button.

3. Review the data to be imported.

4. Click the Finish button.

      5. Go to, Building Your Org Chart.
