Within Organimi, there are two (2) ways to add members to an organization roster:
A. Manually add roster members one at a time.
B. Quickly import a list of names from an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file to the roster.
Note: You can re-import lists at any time and either replace the existing roster by adding or correcting roster information, or create a new roster for a new chart.
Newly imported lists can contain additional information such as columns including, skills, phone numbers, additional work details, etc. Organimi automatically detects additional columns on import and add them as custom fields.
To display Custom fields in your org chart, click the Format Chart button.
Manually Add Roster Members One At A Time
- From your dashboard, choose the organization to which you wish to add the member.
a. Click the Roster tab.
b. Click the New Member button.
The Add A New Member screen appears.
2. Enter the new person's (member) details.
3. Click the Save button.
4. When you are finished adding members, go to Building Your Org Chart.
Quickly Import A List of Names From Excel
Instead of manually adding team members one at a time, you can import your member Roster from an Excel or CSV file that contains names and other information.
